Swimwear maker Speedo has unveiled its summer collection with a show displaying both classic influences and contemporary themes.

Specially designed for fitness fanatics, the LZR-inspired section of the range offers optimum performance without compromising on style.

Those with just an active lifestyle might prefer to opt for the company’s Aqua Active line, featuring a unique design that celebrates the brand’s heritage and gives wearers the freedom to hit the pool with confidence.

The new range also sees fashionistas more than adequately catered for by the Originals Collection, a line of brightly-coloured and classically-cut “statement swimwear”.

Closing the show was the Speedo LZR Racer Elite, Speedo LZR Racer Pro and the FastSkin XT lines, specially designed for competitive swimming. The suits, in full compliance with governing body FINA’s new regulations, offer reduced drag and greater flexibility to professional swimmers.

The collection was unveiled at White Space in Makati, the Philippines.
